About Me:

I am passionate about guiding people to enhance their health and improve their lives so that they can step into an empowered and authentic life.

I enjoy the journey of life and relish in opportunities for personal growth, powerful shifts  and profound connections with others.

I believe life's challenges, including health issues, are opportunities  for positive changes and an opening to deepen our connection with our true selves.

I cherish the outdoors and believe our connection and care for nature is essential to our personal well-being.

I believe in collaboration with other professionals and healthcare providers.

And, I believe that the best medicine is educating an individual about their health and treatment options so that they can choose what they believe is best for themselves.

I have lived in Bozeman for over 4 years and I LOVE it here. I moved here after having a private practice and completing  my Naturopathic Medical Residency in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I am originally from.

I have been blessed with being able to learn from amazing individuals in Northern California, Seattle, Shanghai, and Lesotho, Africa.  I have worked alongside and learned from  Medical Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors, Doctors of Chinese Medicine,  Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Organic Gardeners, Shamanic Practitioners, and Spiritual Advisors.

I received my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree (ND) from Bastyr University along with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM). I completed my studies in Shanghai in 2007 before moving just north of San Francisco for my Naturopathic Medical Residency. For more about Bastyr University and Naturopathic Medicine, click HERE.

I have been actively pursuing my own personal growth along with natural medicine since my mid-20s soon after losing my mother to cancer, subsequent to a Peace Corps evacuation from Lesotho, Africa, due to an attempted coup.

I have lived and studied in Nashville (B.S., Vanderbilt University), worked as a ski instructor, lived in a teepee studying bio-intensive agriculture, worked with schools and sustainable garden projects in Lesotho, Africa, studied like there was no tomorrow to earn my 2 graduate degrees (ND, MSAOM), and learned to switch from surviving to thriving through major life events and personal crises.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, it is a privilege to be of service to you on your path to wellness so that you can live the life you desire.

I look forward to meeting you soon.
